Turkish adana kebab recipe can be prepared with ground beef or ground lamb or even chicken mince (You can use meat of your choice) by using capsicum, garlic, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and some aromatic spices. Turkish kebabs are originally cooked over a grill that enhances its tastes to another level. In my adana kebab recipe, I first cooked them in a pan and then grilled them to get the traditional taste. Serve them hot with lavash and adana kebab salad. Enjoy!

Turkish adana kebab ingredients are as follows:
For Turkish adana kebabs:
Chicken mince 250 grams
Red capsicum ½
Red onion 1 small
Green chilli 1 medium
Garlic clove 4-5
Salt to taste
Crushed red chillies ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp

Ingredients for adana kebab salad:
½ Cucumber sliced
1 onion sliced
1 tomato diced
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Vinegar ½ tbsp
Salt to taste
