Looked like it was just ice cream strawberries but it ended up being a house made chunky salsa fresa. Messy as hell, went to wash my hands like 3x over two plates. Definitely a good start to my 21st bday along with my first margarita ever! Still can’t fucking handle tequila. Gonna attempt these at home with my method of frying and some fresh strawberries or something, they were very chip like and I feel like you could get them to sopapilla level with fresh steamed tortillas that are then cut and gradually fried.
