This is my lunch, 483 calories, lots of food, 22g of protein. Is that pretty good?

It’s a turkey cheddar sandwich, allouette garlic and herb cheese with Mary’s Gone Crackers super seed, and carrots with lite ranch.
I probably won’t have the carrots next time.

Pretty good, I’d say, but not much color – I’d add more veggies or fruit! How many cals in the crackers?

I personally would lesson the dip/sauces and increase the veggies, eg spinach, tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers in the sandwich or along with the carrota. To me, this isn’t a ton of food for almost 500 cal. 22 g of protein is fine, but again, my breakfast of cottage cheese and egg whites is 26g of protein for 150 cal. Even replacing the dip with Greek yogurt (15 or more g of protein per 100g) will get you more protein with fewer calories. Mix it with some seasoning and it’ll be great.

decent. consider other macros though and more veg to volumize. other macros should be considered too like fats carbs etc
