I normally surf this subreddit but thought I’d finally share something.

ʚ Soup/β€œBroth”:
π™š Soy sauce, low-sodium 1/8 cup β€” 18 cals
π™š Tom Yum paste, 7.5g β€” 30 cals
π™š Garlic, 1 clove β€” 4 cals
π™š Onion, 1/8 large chopped β€” 8 cals

(& I didn’t add, but if you want a stronger base)
π™š Sriracha, 2 tsps β€” 10 cals
π™š Ginger, 1 tbsp β€” 5 cals

ɞ Ingredients:
π™š Fish Balls, 5.5 pcs β€” 70 cals
π™š Konjac noodles, 100 g β€” 17 cals
π™š Carrots, 1/4 large β€” 7 cals
π™š Red bell pepper, 4 rings β€” 10 cals
π™š Green onions, 1 tbsp chopped β€” 2 cals
π™š Corn, 1/4 cup β€” 32 cals

ʚɞ Total: 198 cals (Or less!)

Although I included all the ingredients in my calorie count, not all of them were used in the bowl as I left some in the pot to have for later (Specifically the broth, so that removes about half of the total broth count)!

It’s its a really flavorful bowl, and you’d never believe it had such a low amount of cals eating it. Konjac noodles are super low in cals, and if you allow them to come to a bowl in the broth, they taste great! However, if you’re trying to meet your calorie goal, swap them out for trad rice noodles and they’re gonna taste even better 🀀.
