Tonight’s burger had two home ground sirloin and chuck smash patties with New School American cheese, pastrami on mine, bacon on my wife’s, smashed avocado, all the fixins, and a spicy dill Parmigiana aioli, all on a homemade buttered and griddled scallion milk bread bun.

    This looks ridiculously good, nicely done. I would skip the guac/avacodo as it would mush it up (in my opinion). I like the thin cut (look to be homemade) pickles and finely shredded lettuce, definitely makes a difference.
