Costco in Japan always have various sushi platters on sale. Is this is unique to Japan or the same in other countries?

– Chirashi sushi 2,862yen (19 USD)

    I’d stop making sushi at home so frequently if I could get 48 nigiri for $28. It probably costs me almost that much making it from scratch here.  Probably around $20.

    Issaquah, Washington, USA sells sushi prepared fresh daily in the warehouse. Mainly makizushi and nigiri. I think it’s the first sushi prepared in warehouse in America besides Hawaii.

    That’s amazing, I had a quarter of that in a restaurant plus drink and it cost me $45 USD.
