Made the hoecakes, or Johnny cakes, but used Bobs Red Mill medium ground corn meal. They took longer to cook but had a nice toothsome feel and not sweet, until syrup of course. Very filling and a nice breakfast change. by Cutter70 Write A CommentYou must be logged in to post a comment.
