First brisket on my new Member’s Mark pellet grill. Got up at 5 o’clock at threw her on at 250. Used pecan chunks the entire smoke. Pulled it at 3:00 for a two hour rest.

Came out perfect.

The grill held steady temp the entire way through and used about half of its 20 lb hopper during the cook in temps from 30° through 55°.
