Pic 1 is what I was supposed to get, pic 2 is what I actually got. I was going to make the Banh Mi pork burgers tonight, guess that’s not happening now. I was really excited for this meal too 🙁 How does this even happen? I understand occasionally leaving out an ingredient or two, but how does one get all the wrong ingredients? I’ve been using HF for 15 months and this is the first time this has happened to me.

That’s a bummer, but those chicken bacon samwhiches are pretty killer. As for the mistake, just hit up the customer service chat, but be persistent and don’t take the first number they give you for a credit. They’ve got more latitude than they let on.
That happened to me once. I still have no idea what the ingredients they sent were actually supposed to go to.
