I get inspiration seeing what other people eat across the day and so I thought I’d share my day! My aim is 1500 per day averaged across the week, I love food so try to include volume and flavour as much as I can. I’m aiming for calorie deficit but trying to keep it slow and sustainable without having lots of food noise or trigger ED.

Breakfast- banana smoothy with almond milk, protein powder and powdered peanut butter

Lunch- scrambled egg (no oil) with mushrooms, woschester(spelling?) sauce and sourdough (sliced so thin 😅), pepper and chilli flakes

Dinner- steak salad with sour dough croutons(home made) tomatos, lettuce, basil, and pickle juice and mustard dressing (didn’t log it)

Dessert – Jazz apple (best kind of apple) with Dutch cinnamon (so many health benefits in cinnamon!)
