If you’re looking for a tasty pasta dish under 500 calories, I made this for dinner tonight and it’s quite good! I diced the Italian sausage link small and seared it in a pan with the mushrooms (I don’t cook with oil, so no oil here). I also mashed the cottage cheese with a fork so it had more of a ricotta consistency, and added red pepper flakes, dried basil, salt, and pepper to the sauce to spice it up a bit. I ate the broccoli as a side dish, but if you wanted you could totally throw that in there too haha. This meal also has 30 grams of protein! A win win for me!
