Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
8 Ounces Linguine Pasta
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
6 Tablespoons Butter
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/4 Pound Shrimp
1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 Cups Spinach
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Parsley
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. Add Italian seasoning and spinach. Cook until wilted.
4. Add the pasta to the pot with the remaining butter, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Stir and mix until the butter is melted.
5. Add the lemon juice.
