The standard version of this recipe from HelloFresh uses pork, but we substituted chicken in ours. The Za’atar Roasted Chicken is topped with a simple tomato-garlic pan sauce. On the side, a cucumber salad with a creamy lemon-dill yogurt dressing, and buttery couscous studded with sweet carrots, crunchy almonds, and a fresh dill garnish.
