Risotto is one of my favorite italian gorgeous dishes especially made with porcini mushrooms. It reminds me of my country because there are many types of culinary with various local mushrooms. Although it has very similar ingredients, the recipe is not same as each others

There are many many porcini risotto recipes. I used packed dried italian mushrooms. Don’t forget not to throw the porcini water away after soaking. Do put the water when you toast rices.
