ngredients
1 ½ lb Shrimp ,peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp Butter
4 Garlic Cloves ,minced
1 Cup Heavy Cream (I used coconut milk)
1 Tsp Flour (I used gluten free)
½ Tbsp Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix
1 Tsp Chili Flakes or to taste
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
¼ Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped
A handful of freshly chopped basil leaves picked and chopped
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet or nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
In a bowl, whisk flour and heavy cream until well combined, then pour it into the pan.
Stir in the lemon zest, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, cayenne powder, and sun-dried tomatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for about 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add the shrimp and cook until becomes pink and curly. About 4-5 minutes.
Take off the heat and stir in the basil. Season with salt and pepper if needed
So for the ingredients you’re going to need some shrimp of course i’m using some extra large shrimp they’ve already been cleaned and de-shelled here i have some coconut milk now if you don’t like coconut milk you can use some heavy cream the original recipe used heavy cream but i’m just using coconut
Milk and as for my seasonings i have some salt pepper red pepper flakes cayenne pepper and some dry italian herb seasoning you can kick it up the spice level with the red pepper flakes and the cayenne pepper it’s up to you you’re also going to need some fresh chopped basil
Some sun-dried tomatoes you’re going to need some lemon zest and back here we have a little bit of flour butter and minced garlic so first we’re going to go ahead and take that flour and we’re going to whisk it in our cream just so it’ll be ready
And then we’re going to set it aside so now we’re going to take our butter and we’re going to melt it down in our skillet and once you have it melted down go ahead and add in your minced garlic and we’re going to let that minced garlic cook just for a few seconds
I’m going to go ahead and add in our cream you want to blend everything together and then we’re going to throw in that lemon zest all of our seasonings and our sun-dried tomatoes and we’re going to blend everything together and we’re going to let this simmer for a couple of minutes

It’s so delicious throw it on some linguine pasta girl or white rice of course or any type of rice let me stop saying white rice i just i don’t eat a lot of brown rice so i’m always saying white rice okay after that after you let your shrimp simmer
For a couple of minutes be like five to six minutes your shrimp will be done you’re gonna remove your skillet from the heat and then you’re gonna blend in that chopped fresh basil and girl that’s it it’s it that’s a one skillet easy shrimp meal and i mean it’s so flavorful like i

Heyyy Honey! Ok yesss! This is already gonna be a hit in my household! There’s so many dietary restrictions in my household it’s crazy 😜 My youngest son recently cut out meat but will eat seafood occasionally. He loves shrimp and in a creamy sauce over rice or pasta is a win!My oldest son has Gerd. So I’ll cook some of that shrimp with veggies n rice n he’s cool. Last but not least, I’m still trying to figure out what works best for me after having my evil 👿 gallbladder removal surgery! I haven’t had a lot of meat, shrimp 🍤 seems to do well with me so this works! My daughter and husband would eat wings every day if I let them. 🤷♀️ Girrrlll, sometimes I don’t know whether to scratch my watch or wind my butt😂😂😂….. and that’s why I’m so thankful when you give us another recipe!
