I was told that this recipe would fit in here. Let me know if it doesn’t 🙂

    Macros:

    299 calories

    23.5 g protein

    22.9 g carbohydrates (21.9 g fiber, 5.2 g sugar)

    2.4 g fat

(These macros might be a bit different depending on which protein powder and chocolate you use.)

Ingredients: Whey protein powder, IMO syrup, pb2 peanut powder, sugarfree chocolate, salted peanuts.

    Recipe:

    For the bar:

25 g of salted caramel whey protein powder

35 g of sukrin caramel imo syrup

    5 g of pb2 peanut powder

    For the topping:

5 g of sukrin caramel imo syrup

    4 g of salted peanuts

    20 g of sugarfree chocolate

Get two separate bowls and measure up the dry ingredients in one, and the syrup in the other. Be sure to mix up the dry ingredients.

Microwave the syrup on high for about 10 seconds, until it starts to bubble and becomes more of a thin liquid.

Mix the dry ingredients with the syrup and stir continuously with a teaspoon until everything is combined into small crumbles. It may seem a bit dry, and it will feel like play dough. But it will be just as dry as store bought protein bars.

Put everything in cling film and form it into a ball, and then you’ll be able to form it in your hands to the shape of a bar. Store it in the fridge for a while to make the dough more firm and easier to handle.

Spread the 5 g of syrup on top of the plain bar and then use some of the peanuts on top. Save a bit of peanuts to sprinkle on top when it’s finished.

Heat the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave in intervals and stir it until it’s melted and can be spread on top of the chocolate.

Sprinkle the rest of the peanuts on top and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat, or you can eat it straight away for that melted chocolate flavour.
