    Medium well for me, I can’t do any red for ground beef. The texture is terrible… Medium rare all day for a steak but not ground beef

    For whatever reason i like medium well burgers but steak or salmon or whatever i want medium rare

    I’d prefer something more in-between for a burger, I’d go a solid medium. I find that a lot of chains, like outback, tend to cook burgers to medium well/well done regardless of what you request, though.

    Walk it through a warm room please. Always med rare. Never once had “food poisoning”.

    Unless I’m going to the butcher, seeing the beef that’s being ground, give me medium well to well done every time. It does nothing but good for the flavor and I know I won’t be crapping water before I get home

    The only thing I don’t like about Outback burgers is the greasy ring around the patty. Makes the bun soggy, and tastes like crap
