I make this nearly every other week when it is barbecue season, or at least once a month when it isn’t. You can make a batch of the mince and flatten it out and freeze it in between layers of baking parchment and it only takes minutes to defrost, or you can even cook from frozen as it is so thin. I serve this with flatbreads and Greek yoghurt. Order ‘Eat to Your Heart’s Content’ Now: https://amzn.to/3SJ3W8Q

Hi my name is sa B this is my flattened spicy lamb cters so this is the Lamb this is uh 10% fat with that we’re going to add some ginger and garlic pinch of salt I’ve got some spices here some cumin Ras heleno some um Harissa as you see it all breaks down

First like that you can smell the aroma it’s incredible and it becomes one so you’re going to weigh it into four so that’s 100 G each but you can just guess and what you do now you roll it and it creates this really nice smooth ball I

Spread it out here onto some nonstick greaseproof paper you put another one on top heavy pan and what you’re trying to do is create this beautiful thin Kebab thinner you hit it it Cooks quicker so you want it to be crispy and fast on a really hot

Griddle you can put these on top of each other on a tray straight in the fridge straight in the freezer tiny bit of oil let’s peel it off you see how fast it Cooks now I’m going to just warm one of the breads up again I can cook it on

Full it’s not a problem this will take about 2 3 minutes total about 3 4 minutes 5 minutes to rest ready to eat so the bread is nice and hot straight onto the plate look at that and then I’ve got this incredible salad coriander got the mint got the Red Onion fennel carrot

Celery yogurt for me is great because it’s kind of cools it down as well cuz obviously the spices you can add more spices play around with that there you go my flattened spicy lamb cofa
