Hey everyone today is going to be a little bit different of a video I must admit it’s going to be an amazing grilled-cheese that I’ve actually eaten with my wife the last two days for dinner so I hope you guys enjoy and here we go so here I’m slicing my vine ripe
Red tomato it’s actually really important to really thinly and evenly slice the tomato so you can distribute it on the sandwich evenly it’s really important to evenly distribute all the ingredients on the sandwich so they all melt and cook evenly so I actually use three slices of Swiss cheese I cut one
Of them in half and use one on the bottom one on the top half on the bottom half on the top so it melts perfectly and evenly in the oven you so turn your flame on the high heat I use two and a half tablespoons of
Unsalted butter heat it up just to about simmering and then throw both of your sandwiches in there this is where it goes into the oven it’s about 400 degrees for about I don’t know 10 minutes to 15 minutes just check it and here I’m just going to turn it over and

This is 95% a vegan recipe. Just replace dairy cheese with vegan cheese. You can easily find vegan cheese! Please choose empathy over cruelty. Cows are being raped and the male calves are sent to the slaughter houses in dairy farms. Just by changing your eating habits. You could save millions of animals from an unnecessary suffering.

I've been wondering about the trick to the perfect grilled cheese sandwich. I honestly didn't realize that it should actually be cooked in the oven. (I usually just cover it on the stove.)
My problem is how to cook it so the cheese melts but the bread doesn't burn.
I'm assuming that you cooked the other side for awhile after turning it, putting it back on the stovetop. I could hear it sizzling. I'm also guessing that you put it on the same heat & cooked it until it was a beautiful color. Please let me know if I guessed right

I grew up on grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches with my grandma! She used American cheese tho, and no pepper or anything. Just the tomato and the American cheese. SOOOOOOOO GOOD. It gets me every time.

Love grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches. I thought of this years ago while living in Quebec. Sometimes I add finely sliced onions too. Throw them on in rings over the tomatoes. You lower the heat more at first to slightly cook the onions and then turn up to grill towards the end. Great video, glad someone shares these recipes. 🎉 Haven't had the courage yet. I might one day with my cotton candy salad dressing.

My mother, as I do now, put the butter on the bread before putting it in the pan on the stove. It can be messy that way. I’m 60 years old so I don’t know if that was a typical thing years ago, or if it still is. I like how you put the butter in the pan first, and then put it in the oven. My stainless steel pans can go in the oven and I’m going to have to try this.
