Hello everyone I am 26 (f) 4’9 and 144 lbs I have been trying to lose weight off and on for about 4 years now. I deal with emotional eating and drinking at times. My goal weight is to try and get to 125 since I have sleep apnea and I would like to one day get off of the machine and complete my first spartan race. My goal is to get into the gym once I get custom to smaller portions and measuring everything. I am on day two and I am using Cronometer as my tracker and no foods or drinks are off limits. Yesterday I struggled with being hungry so I was proud I made a breakfast for 381kcal with 21g of protein 49g of carbs and 12g of fat it’s a scrambled egg with ham, some mountain bread with blackberry preserves and oatmeal with fair life milk

Great job! It gets easier. I suggest adding in daily short walks to your routine asap. They’ll help ease you into going to the gym, by helping you create that daily habit from the outset, plus can be a good indicator of how many extra calories you can burn and how much hungrier you’ll be.

Also, a trick I love for keeping calories a bit lower at breakfast is using only 1 yolk and the rest whites.
