I’m trying something new, and this Camp Sauce was the inspiration. On my journey to find the best hot sauces, I will be posting an obituary once I kill off a bottle. This sauce was bought on a whim after love at first sight. The packaging suckered me into a purchase, and I’ve always heard Heartbeat is a great brand. After carefully peeling off the annoying Amazon sticker that covered the ingredients, I sat and admired this sauce for a few minutes, wondering what meal I should bless with this beauty. First try was on bacon cheddar bratwurst. That was a hit, and I even tried it on the corn that I had for a side. The flavor matched with both! I also had this on ramen, toquitos, and dumplings.
