I just started my own korean kimbap event in Germany:)
So i basically started making and selling korean kimbap and soup once a week here in Germany, cologne I make my own kimchi, Danmuji and burdock 우엉 What do you guys think? Instagram @jm.haruman

God I wish I had something like this where I’m at🥲 I gotta travel like an hour by train to get korean grocerys once in a while and I always get some kimchi pork triangle kimbap when I am there. I do make kimbap at home sometimes though so I do get my fix somehow.

Will put this out there: Can you make a very localized version by using Rheinischer Sauerbraten meat and strips of roasted potato as the filling and the gravy with a hint of gochujang added as the sauce? Would that be too sacrilegious to both countries? The flavor combo works in my head. Lol Bet locals would be into sundae/soondae, too.
