
Hello gang,
Just thought I’d share my version of a Keto cheeseburger using pan fried mozzarella discs to make the bun.
You can have whatever you want inside the burger. In this particular case mine contains lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheddar cheese, fried mushrooms with mayo and mustard.
If you really want the all dressed experience throw in some pickles and bacon!

That burger patty needs to be smashed thinner. Then it’ll look better and probably taste better.
