cheat day! pros : yummy, cons: i’m hungry again but already at maintenance. being short sucks

    overall for my next cheat day i want to keep a few things in mind:

    -try to pair carby “cheat” food with protein to actually feel full, starting the day off with protein yoghurt was a good idea though.

    -maybe stick to one doughnut instead of 1 and three quarters since they’re so calorically dense.

    -any seafood dish is probably limited in the amount of seafood & thus protein actually in it

    -read the packaging on seaweed snacks before eating, they’re not *all* low calorie. i picked these as a low cal snack to make room for other high calorie things i wanted to eat, but next time i will opt for berries instead for similar calories but more volume and fibre.

    this was a learning experience overall haha. made me realise just how easy it is to overeat with a low TDEE if you’re not home cooking your meals. on the plus side, i have satisfied my cravings and enjoyed the food thoroughly!
