Well if we assume the scoops are 1/2 cups then that’s 30 cups (or 15 pints) of ice cream. A gallon is 16 cups or 8 pints.
I have only tried Fat Sal’s once, and while I loved the food, everything about what I had and what I saw on the menu showed that the emphasis was definitely on Fat.

There’s a spot in Studio City that is allegedly supposed to be a new Fat Sal’s location, but it says something like “Opening Spring 2023!” which sucks because sometimes I have a hankering for a sandwich stuffed into another sandwich and don’t have the time to drive down to Hollywood
