I like to have these around for when craving a snack or desert. Sugar free, fat free, unprocessed. My calculation comes at around 30 calories for one. I will have up to 3 per day, often just 1 hits the spot.
Recipe: 2 ripe bananas mashed, 1 cup old fashioned oats, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, pinch of salt, and optional 2 packets of stevia. Bake 15 mins at 350F. I get 17 or 18 out of a batch.
