Ingredients:
– 2 cups Lion’s Mane mushrooms, shredded
– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (more to taste)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 4 buns
– Coleslaw (optional for serving)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shredded Lion’s Mane and sauté until
it starts to brown.
2. Add BBQ sauce and stir well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Serve on buns with coleslaw.
