Is anyone else obsessed with broccoli? It’s so yum and filling and has so much protein!
Breakfast- PB powder, banana, almond milk and protein powder smoothy. If you freeze the banana it almost tastes like a milk shake 🥹
Lunch- high protein low carb wrap (this one is vegan somehow), pesto chicken, spinach and cherry tomato’s with a little balsamic
Dinner- kind of a fakeaway/ grown up toddler meal – home made oven baked chicken tenders (made the breadcrumbs from left over sour dough mixed with parmasean(?) cheese and herbs- used egg as a binder), broccoli, sweet potato chips
Dessert- some protein yogurt

Looks good! I love broccoli for the same reasons. Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and smoked paprika on roasted broccoli is my favorite.
Totally agree on the frozen banana. My smoothies aren’t the same if I don’t use frozen banana. Also, as long as the smoothie is flavorful enough, sometimes I add extra ice to thicken it up and make it feel like more and have a truly ice cream type texture.
Lastly, the tenders are what led me to comment lol. They look SO good.
