I got these at my local international market, haven’t tried either. For the noodles, what’s your fave way to prepare and what toppings/add in?

For the tteokbokki, I usually soak the frozen overnight before cooking them, am I still able to do that with these? It makes such a a big difference in texture I’m hoping I still can?

Also very curious about the Kimbap, I usually make it myself so curious how this will compare, didn’t notice it was plant based protein until I got home. Has anyone had this specific one?

    Nice! I haven’t seen these.

    For the cold noodles, I like it with ham, hard boiled egg, cucumber, green onions, kimchi, and wakame.
