Yeah they were frozen, perhaps sitting up against the ice packs during delivery. Contact them and they’ll refund you!

This happened to me a week or so ago. The cucumber wasn’t actually bad though. It was frozen. Still crispy, but it had that sort of blown out look. I used them, and they tasted fine.
They can only do so much with shipping in the winter.

They got too cold, probably during shipping. Still totally safe to eat. You can call or chat with HF and they’ll refund you some money. Where I live cucumbers are about $.79 each so I usually get a couple when I go to the store. I also get scallions and cilantro. I usually add a red/orange pepper too. Maybe $5-10 bucks total and I’m well stocked for a week or two.
