Help lol

Oh my god this is so random but my boyfriend and I went to this restaurant in Laguna Beach and we ordered a charcuterie board. On the board it had this cottage cheese like consistency cheese but we never asked the waiter what it was and we can’t figure it out. Could someone please help us lol
