made some really good fudgy brownies and wanted to share!

i used the pillsbury zero sugar brownie mix and subbed the oil for 80g unsweetened apple sauce (1:1 ratio). I also added in a chopped up gatsby chocolate bar for chocolate chips.

I cut into 16 brownies, 85 cals per brownie with the chocolate chips and 73 cals without!

they were even better and fudgier the next day after being in the fridge.

    I’ve read that making the brownie mix sit overnight in the fridge helps the chocolate absorb and improves the texture/thickness of brownies! …. And apparently after letting brownies rest THEN putting the pan into the fridge again to give the brownies more time to become fudgier overnight (omg the patience, it might be worth a try but so. much. patience!).
