Excited for these meals


I can’t wait for my box to get here tomorrow. I LOVED the Louisiana-style tilapia so I have high expectations for the tilapia sandwiches.

Also, I’m planning on doubling the recipe for the chicken pot pie. I already bought the extra ingredients (more chicken, stock concentrate, cream cheese, etc…) and some frozen peas to throw into the veggie mix.

I can’t wait!

    I’m getting the tilapia sandwich tomorrow too! I haven’t tried the CPP cause its only me and that definitely seems like too big a meal.

    The pot pie is great. One change I like to make is to dice up the biscuit dough and then toss them in the butter and seasoning (I think it’s just thyme and salt).

    The smaller pieces are nice so you get biscuit with nearly every bite.

    That chicken biscuit pie is, hands down, the best thing I’ve ever cooked for myself, hello fresh OR homemade. Hope you enjoy as much as i did!
