I sautéed baby bellas in coconut oil and it’s the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted.
That is it. The title says it all.

I usually use butter & garlic to sauté my mushrooms, but I’ll have to try the coconut oil next time to see how it tastes. Thanks.

I love king bolete mushrooms, sliced thin, and fried in coconut oil then sprinkled with salt. Almost like bacon.

I cook mushrooms for my wife and kids a lot and I try them at least a couple times per year and I just still don’t like them. I hate it because I want to like them, they seem like such a cool food.
