Had some extra cals to spare since my breakfast and lunch today were a tad under my budget, started craving like real peanut butter pb&j BIG time. Normally would go with pb powder- tho this time I decided to go ahead and have a lil snack with my afternoon coffee.
For the bread and jam I used low cal/sugar free options and did sugar free peanut butter and portion controlled it with my food scale lol.
Hit the spot and ended up being 154 cals so not complaining. Crazy how long it’s been since I’ve had real peanut butter-

Talking about weakness, I bought a 4 pack of pistachio muffins from the local grocery today because they are my weakness and did my morning groceries without eating. I’m going to eat half of 1 later. And probably the other half a couple minutes after the first.
