Lunch: Air fried Mahi Mahi w/ tabbouleh salad + pb powder Greek yogurt and apples slices for the side

Snack: Coffee + Pb&J

Dinner: The rest of the tabbouleh salad and another air fried Mahi Mahi filet

Dessert: Greek yogurt w/ chia seeds, fruit, grape nuts, sf syrup
