I’d be ever so grateful if someone could guide me regarding less-effort-quick-high-protein recipes.

I’m new to the whole cooking thing and am basically just sick of eating out, so I could use all the help I could get! TIA 🙂

    Get a slow cooker. Minimal effort and you can put what you want in there. The other thing is get your protein and veg and if you want Mexican, add salsa. Italian? Add marinara. American? Add butter and herbs and roast in the oven. Stir fry is super easy and you already have the sauce. Please promise me you’ll never make this dish again.

    Food steamer, frozen green veg and fish. Add different sauces if it’s too boring, but if you have enough different veggies to choose from it’s not bad!
