Would a lasagna made with Kenji’s Ragu, seasoned Trader Joe’s herbed ricotta, beschamel, and no boil lasagna noodles/pasta(?) freeze well for 2 days?

    I’ve never met a lasagna (or pasta dish, for that matter) that didn’t freeze well for many days.

    If it’s just two days I’d cook it and just put back in the fridge.
