1 1/2 cups Carbalose Flour 1/2 cup granulated sweetener (I used monk fruit/erythritol blend) 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups blueberries (washed and thoroughly dried) 1 tbsp sweetener (I used stevia)
Mix together flour, sweetener, baking powder and salt. Add in milk, oil, egg and vanilla extract. Mix blueberries with 1 tbsp flour and then gently fold into batter. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
