Bowl I have half a cup of oats that I cooked in my mini Dash rice cooker I topped it with a serving of pb2 crunchy a tablespoon of non-fat Greek yogurt a teaspoon of crushed hemp and a teaspoon of pitas so on white washers it is four points

And on healthy better balance it is six points because the nut butter is higher and so are the oats so that is my high protein delicious well higher protein breakfast this morning good with healthy fats some healthy carbs some grains little bit of good stuff there so

Haven’t had one of these in a while so let’s make it a comeback having a little pre-lunch snack I just felt like some fruit so I’m having strawberries bananas blueberries and um Pineberries for zero points so that is my 0. Z bite snack I did put a

Little bit of um Twix dust on top because you know a little Shake but that’s my snack today having a little girl lunch today in my Uber home plate I have I’m I’m cleaning out the fridge cucumbers radishes peppers carrots heart of palm some rotisserie chicken I’ll be close to

Four 4 oz I’d say three two points of the simply avocado green goddess dressing and some leftover corn and artichoke I need to use up so they’re on the plate too so this is two points just for my dressing and the rest is zero to go

Enjoy this girl lunch which is a little bit of everything cleaning out the fridge dinner tonight is a 4 point chicken thigh with three point potato and a 3 and 1/2 Point salad I have to count the dressing and a little bit of topping so I didn’t have a full serving

And there is the completed breakfast it is half of the hash that I made uh one egg one egg white and some Sriracha on top so my bowl right here is zero points I just have zucchini onions Peppers mushrooms spinach again half of my plate is

Vegetables so that is a great way to start my day and I’m also having a slice of bread made for me don’t get jealous now by Joan of the rise and shine Homestead she makes her own bread and I read the benefits this is a honey wheat

Bread I toasted it now how much would I point this I’ll give it three points honestly I don’t think you know I don’t think it should get any more than that totally honest that’s why I didn’t put any potato in my hash if I was not having

Bread I would have had potato that’s how I balance things out with the carb I don’t have one carb so if I’m going to have bread I’m not going to have potato if I’m not going to have bread then I’ll have a potato does that make any sense
