Hähnchenbrust mit Knoblauchbutter im Ofen backen. Einfach und lecker!



Zutaten:
Hähnchenbrust – 500 – 600 g.
Salz
Schwarzer Pfeffer
Süße Paprika
Trockener Knoblauch
Getrocknete Petersilie
Butter – 2 EL. (geschmolzen)
Olivenöl – 2 EL.
Zitronensaft – 2 EL.
Lassen Sie die Hähnchenbrust 30 Minuten lang marinieren.
❗️❗️Holzspieße vorher 30 Minuten in Wasser einweichen, damit sie nicht anbrennen❗️
20 – 25 Minuten bei 200 – 220 °C backen, dann umdrehen und weitere 10 Minuten bei 200 – 220 °C backen.
Dieses Gericht kann auch in einer Bratpfanne zubereitet und 15 Minuten lang von allen Seiten goldbraun gebraten werden.
Die gekochte Hähnchenbrust mit zerlassener Butter, Knoblauch und Petersilie bestreichen.
