This looks great, but if I could suggest, you’re making a small mistake. If you’re trying to make original, Neapolitan pizza (the OG and best in my mind), you really want the base to be crispy, light and have an edge all around it. In order to get this, you shouldn’t use a rolling pin because you’re squashing all of the air bubbles you’ve worked so hard to get during proofing. This is why pizza is stretched by hand. There’s a YouTube channel by a guy called Vito Iacopelli that is great at teaching how to make amazing pizza base, look for his earlier videos and enjoy!
