This recipe is from @Grillinwithdad on Instagram and had to try it. Needless to say it came out amazing and highly recommend. The lemon chimichurri created a fantastic crust on top of the salmon and the orange/lime slice bed brought so much flavor up through the fish.

The chimichurris gives a great touch to the fish meats, the food in general looks great and the final touch is the beer 100 points
I usually use a cedar plank for salmon on the grill, but I really want to try orange/lime slice bed next time. That sounds really good. Weβre the citrus flavors pretty noticeable?
