Hello welcome today guys I’m gonna share with your my take on a Caribbean shrimp cocktail this is not the traditional way that shrimp cocktail is Mir I personally don’t like that cold shrimp with cold sauce and the shrimp is just bland so I’m gonna share with you guys the way
That I like to make it and the way I love it so to make this I have here one and a half pounds of shrimp clean and devein and I just left the tl-one so that you can have something to hold when you dip it in your cocktail sauce I have
Some green seasoning some sesame oil some white pepper and salt to taste so you’ll find the complete list of ingredients down below in the description box and you’ll find the recipe for the green seasoning down below in the description box also so to start I’m gonna add in this degree in
Seasoning to the shrimp add the white pepper and if you can’t find white clap but you can use black pepper if you like just learn that sesame oil and you’re going to season with salt is it Easter no mix to combine so you can just cover this and set it

That looks great – however, you were using already cooked shrimp (as they were already pink). I think it would be better with raw shrimp so they don't get so rubbery looking.
