My wife wanted to try Fabrik so we got a reservation this past weekend. First off, the place is super tiny; they don’t even have a restroom inside the place. You choose either the five course or seven course menu. All the food is vegan, which is their big selling point.
The food was interesting but not necessarily exciting; while the flavors were great nothing really blew us away. We probably won’t go back because we can get better food elsewhere at the same price point.
