Nezuko cake

Nezuko cake I made for my daughter’s 9th birthday party. It’s a red velvet cake with a Swiss merengue buttercream, and the filling is a no bake cheese cake sprinkled with mini chocolate chips between the layers. It was a big hit and the kids ate the entire thing! I’m just a home baker. I don’t sell cakes. Just make them for family and friends, but I was proud of this one.
