Thanks to you lovely people I’ve made my first banchans! Also doobydobap inspired me aswell and I made potato jorim, spinach namul from her video and mayak eggs from a recipe I found on here! IT WAS ALL SO TASTY with the Tteok-bokki I found at my local philipino market!
Don’t worry, I added toasted sesame seeds after taking the pic 😉

So my mayak eggs aren’t fully cooked on the inside is that ok and safe to eat? They stay in the fridge inside the mixture
Also what should I do with the braising liquid from the potato jorim? I’d hate to throw it away.
