Here is the recipe
Stuffed Mushrooms
5 Italian Sausage Links
2 lbs Mushrooms
1 Onion & Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup White Wine
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan (finely grated)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Garlic
Bake sausage in oven until done at 350°
Sauté onions & bell peppers and mushroom tops then add in garlic until tender then add in butter at end and cook another 2 minutes
In a food processor add everything together and purée so that you can pipe easily in a ziplock bag or piping bag.
Bake at 325° for 20-22 minutes

These look good. I love stuffed mushrooms.
Made those with crab and langistino in the 80's. Seascallops in the 90's. The '00s was Italian. You are stagnant.
