always gonna start by saying that i eat at least 1200+ cals a day—just need the space for flexibility and crazy snacking.

top box:
+ “pad thai” made with pb2—i used leftover ramen noodles i had so it could be a lot lower in cals if you used konjac or low cal pasta!
+ a-not-so-spicy mapo tofu w/ ground turkey and napa cabbage
bottom box:
+ shredded imitation crab & celery salad (dressing was greek yogurt based)- it looks mostly like celery but there’s a good amount of crab below !!
+ zucchini/courgette feta cheese fritters—made with fat-free feta cheese. one of the first recipes i learned from a home-ec class in middle school and i have never forgot it since LOL
+strawberries and blackberries i bought today 🙂
i was thinking about making a protein dessert/baked good too to pack as well!
lmk if you want any recipes :)! a lot of it is just my voluminized version based on online recipes
