    Ingredients
    – mackerel

    – minced garlic 1tsp

    – doenjang 1tbsp

    – cooking wine 1tbsp

    – peanut butter 1/2tbsp

    – honey 1tsp

    1. Score the back of the mackerel.
    2. Make the doenjang seasoning by mixing 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp doenjang, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp honey, and 2 tbsp water.
    3. Marinate the mackerel with the seasoning and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    4. Grill the mackerel well and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
